The earth is the Lord’s and All that is in it
Worship services at St Michael’s

Two main worship services happen at St Michael’s, at 9am and 10.30. Here we glimpse the beauty of the God revealed as Trinity, and are formed as followers of Christ.

Our 9am service is a quiet, liturgical communion service, with a friendly trip to the cafe afterwards. Some weeks, we sing hymns; others we don't.

Our 10.30am service, in the hall, is cheerful and friendly, combining old and new forms in music, liturgy and preaching. Sunday School classes begin in church before heading out for their own programme.

But, every 5th Sunday of the month, we hold a combined service at 10.30am in the hall. i.e. no 9am service that day.

For our Summer Services, beginning on Christmas Day and running through January, our services are at 10am, and held in the church hall for reasons of capacity.

NOTE: as above, on Easter Sunday, we usually hold a combined service to bring our 9am and 10.30 congregations together at 10.30am. Please check our facebook page to make sure of the time.  It's usually at 10.30am, but if you come at 10am you definitely won't be late!!
